But it's fun to use. Creationists throw apeshit when being called primates.
On top of stupidly thinking evolution claims that magically a human popped out of a monkey in one birth. That is not what evolution claims.
Evolution is no harder than understanding the difference between what you looked like at conception vs how you look at the age of 70.
Shuffle DNA over millions of years slight changes in the atoms and molecules can create eventual distinct and separate looks. Just like your cousins are related to you but look different.
Any idiot can look at a tiger and domestic house cat and tell they are related. DNA on top of that proves they were.
Denying evolution today is just as stupid as if you still believed the earth was flat and rejected Galileo's findings.

Cant avoid labels. What would you replace them with? Grunting? I simply want to shift the priority away from labels being our species priority and more to the fact as a priority that we are the same species.
I think what can help is to stop saying "I am a(insert label here)".
A religion is something you are born into and sold or buy, but it is not physically your DNA. Your place of birth is merely your place of birth. Humans have always migrated and mixed.
"Atheist" is my position, but you cannot draw my blood and find "atheist" DNA.
I think the best humans can do is look at the individual first. Everything else is merely our tribalism.
