RE: Theists, What Would It Take For You To Lose Your Faith?

Well, most atheists were theists at one point, so I guess we have a few answers already. 
For me, it was the realization that I was trying to fit square pegs in round holes. I wasn't really aware that I was putting my belief system through a critical examination, but that's what happened. And I simply reached my particular breaking point, where I just didn't have enough fingers to plug all of the holes in what I thought was true.
Maybe that's what it comes down to: how willing are you to put your beliefs to a critical examination all the way through, and where is the point at which the admit that you can't keep the structure from collapsing?
