I'd be fucking ecstatic if Comcast would deliver close to what they sold me on a half asses consistent basis.

Last night, during off-peak, I barely managed 3.5Mbps. I'm supposed to get 60, and they claim they're going to upgrade that to 100. That test result was for a test that never left Comcast's shitty network, so it's not an upstream problem.
