This is unbelievable. If I was being generous, I'd say xianity has a clever plan to try and sabotage education to make people more gullible and easier to manipulate. But I doubt that much thought went into this proposition.

If they want to "question" evolution they can do it on their own time and submit their bullshit for scientific evaluation. I mean, teaching students to generally question everything is good, but that's clearly not the implication here.
