This seems to be a common property for theists everywhere. Just today I got into a debate over condoms in Africa and all I got when asking for arguments against contraception was 'it doesn't eliminate the risk completely' over and over and over again. What can you do?
Seat belts don't eliminate the risks completely either, but responsible adults still use them.
