Here's circular reasoning, you argue evolution from books, because someone wrote it and said it's true, yet you and I both know there's no proof for evolution, unless you are claiming to have lived long enough to observe it.

Actually, I have lived long enough to observe evolution, and I don't argue it based on books, but rather the repeatable experiments therein. Those experiments and observations, by the way, are readily verifiable in a way that religious claims never are, even if I hadn't observed it happen myself.

Care to tell us which kind of whatever change into a different whatever. There has never been an experiment that has shown such and many top evolutionist are honest enough to say so.

But I have: my family breeds dogs for show, so for a while I could go visit my grandparents and see the litters, generation by generation, and what did I see? Each generation was different from the one that came before it; evolution in action.

You have made an error in your thinking Esq, I myself breed show dogs and show them in AKC and Sieger (German style shows). We breed to improve traits not to change them, that is exactly what show breeding is about, if you doubt what I say look up the reasons AKC sets for keeping the dogs ta o a standard, you do know what standard means in the world of the show ring correct. I've just breed my Champion Male and Champion Female Rottweilers because of their shared and unshared ancestors. In doing so I hope to have pups born that will be closer to the breed standard.

Now, you could just bray "but they were all still dogs!" and if you do that you'll only be demonstrating that not only do you not understand how we know evolution is real and how we argue for that, but you also don't know what evolution itself is.

I do not need to bray, you've shown you do not understand show breeding and it's opposite of your evolution theory. However the dogs your parents breed are still dogs and until they become something other than dogs you you haven't observed evolution.
