Interesting thread! I don't do any sort of lifestyle journaling like many do to better themselves. So I'll speak in rather approximate terms.
1. I start out on my back, usually, but because of poor circulation and muscular pain, I move around. The pain is mostly in my upper buttocks and my left lower back (I have spina bifida, fwiw). I'll sleep mostly either on my back or on my stomach, but on my right side as well (not sure why not my left side).
2. Quite a bit. I have a weird respiratory problem where I'll even snore (once at a time, not prolonged) when awake.
3. Probably 6, with several short naps during the day. You didn't ask, but I am prone to insomnia.
4. Wow! I have mobility problems (google "spina bifida" if you like). I use crutches. I guess the real question is, "would I sleepwalk if I were able-bodied", and I tend to think not, but I just don't know.
5. Off and on throughout my life, I have, and I tend to enjoy it when I do. My dreams are very much based on real situations, but with a few details just slightly off. I tend to be relaxed when I do recall my dreams.
