God gave them life, as He did you and He is there waiting to help, probably in a way you wouldn't understand or want. He did not make you the way you are that came through the parents and no I'm not blaming them. Genetics forms us in our physical appearance and our physical sufferings. Though you want accept it the fall of man took the perfection out of creation and we've been left to these terrible things and sin continues the way for these terrible things. Those who do not rely on God probably do go through humiliation, He offers His help for them if they will accept, He may or may not relieve the suffering. Don't ask me why I'm not God and have no part in His decisions. No one's at fault for the way they are born, it's not a case of who deserved this or that, it is the way things are. Why do non-believers cry out why did God do this, non-believers should cry out against evolution or accept the help God will offer, that can only be found out by trusting in His Son. Sorry I can't give you explicit answers to all the problems that exist, out of my hands, I know it doesn't seem fair. My wife and I are taking care of a 37 year old lady who was born mentally disabled and at 30 schizophrenia struck. Her family gave up on her and so had almost all who were taking care of her, if you could see the before and after you would be like everyone else and be amazed, I can tell you that prayer was answered and why because I know what's been going on in the last 4 months. She is an amazing young lady who is not embarrassed by who she is and is happy with her life after 7 years of terrible things, day after day.
