Only muslims believe it's written by God. Christians believe that it was written by humans and inspired by God.

one more time: You dont have to be rational in order to change something is already fiction! If quran claims its god is same Then you have to accept it Believe or not its not important. When I talking to you I accept your god and its crazy stuff. But that doesn't mean that I believe in him!
Quran claims that bible has changed during time and people corrupted it. And thats enough explaination to change a fictional story.
