You can easily find it

Simply checking wikipedia will direct you towards a grand number of articles/sources and mostly the number is 10% or usually lower.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/False_accusation_of_rape
False rape accusations exist like any other crime - Yes, it sucks, and there's false accusations for any crime, but there's no reason to think it's more frequent. I'm a law student - I've checked the procedure (at least in my country) to accuse someone of rape - It takes 2 days of interrogations, counter-interrogations, DNA test, answering questions and explaining details + going to court, facing the aggressor, hearing the accusation make stupid questions like "did you really say "yes" or just "half-yes"? and sometimes the judge decides that a suspended sentence is enough... My question - Why would anyone go trough this shit just to "revenge" herself or hurt someone? Because the criminal justice system can be really hostile and skeptical towards rape victims - Pretty much anyone who isn't attractive, female, skinny and bruised + well dressed is considered less likely to be raped - But you have unattractive people and older women being raped as well. This is why we need education

Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you
