Are atheist really that differnt than the religious ?.

I'm getting very tired of this "atheists and theists are stupid but I'm neither" argument. I've seen it a lot lately. By modern definitions, you're a theist or an atheist. If you choose to create your own third category which is inbetween, then most atheists on this board would also be in that category. So you're either a theist, or you're the same as (most of) us, whatever you want to call that. So no, you (all the people making this argument) are not in a special magical third category superior to both sides.

Once you understand that, you'll see that your argument becomes, "Atheists and I are really dumb because..."

And at that point, you'd probably rethink. I hope.
