So you've seen other people misspell the word too, and in your desperation to always be right no matter what, you decided that despite what dictionaries, spellcheckers and real people say, that there's two ways to spell the word, and you're just in possession of this super secret alternate way... rather than just admit that you aren't the only one who spells the goddamn word wrong.

Anyway, going back to one of your earlier posts. I find it quite remarkable that the age of consent suddenly drops to 6 when it comes to religion. Or christianity, I should say, since I gather you would be the first to whine and squirm if someone were to hand out free Qurans.

Granted if she wanted a face tattoo I'd probably say no unless it was just boss, , but an eater egg hunt?!? Yeah my kid @ 6 had that ability. Maybe brakeman raises 6 year olds to be 'different needs enabled.' But for me and mine.. @ 6 they could choose whether or not to hunt Easter eggs.

What you don't seem to realize is that while they were christian, they still had the decency to allow other people their own religious freedoms. Sure they made a bible for the schools and did a bunch of other religious stuff you would expect, nobody's perfect. But they realized others as having their own opinions and beliefs and sought to give them that freedom. Hence the first amendment in hopes it would do that, and we're only now starting to bring it to full fruition.

Here's a novel Idea. let her go and let her make up her own mind about easter, Jesus and the whole bit.

She's six, Drich. Six. A kindergartner. Being prosyletized at kindergarten in a government school that is legally obliged to be neutral on religion when her parents aren't present.

It's not only wrong, it's creepy behavior on the part of any adults involved. People's children should be safe from predatory recruitment practices in kindergarten. It would be just as wrong if the perps were Muslims, Hindus, or atheists.

You've never taken a six year old Easter egg hunting have you? Well I have, a whole bus load after telling about what Easter was really about what do you think thier concern was for? Jesus or whether or not the Easter bunny had hidden the eggs yet.. And at the end of the hunt what was the big debate about? Christ's third day resurection (whether it was Sunday or some other day?) uh, no. It was about why billy found all the chocolate eggs (because his dad helped him, and what Nancy only found the yucky ones...

You guys are idiots if you think anything more than an egg and chocolate hunt goes on in 98% of even church sponsered Easter egg hunts.

Drich, you may want to brush up on your history a bit here and start reading a work from Thomas Paine entitled The Age Of Reason, printed in 1889 in the USA. It contains the following from him on his opinion on religion:
