Why do you pick one statement out of a passage and then make an assumption about it's meaning. That's the same as plucking 2+2 out of this problem ?=10-(2+2) and saying the answer is 4. Your analysis of the passage is ridiculous at best.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
