Origin of Allah(Al-illah)

God continually defeats Satan. Satan is defeated.

And how is satan defeated? Since it appears that he is still able to go about his nefarious activities.

Satan exists because God exists, as a contrasting force of negativity. Negativity doesn't exist of itself but because positivity can be detracted from.

What does that statement even mean?

Monotheism = a theology containing one God.
Polytheism = a theology containing more than one god.

I'm well aware of the differences, but christianity and islam are still polytheistic religions because they have more than one deity.(to us there isn't a great deal of difference between a minor god and an angel.

To my knowledge the only truly monotheistic religion is Sikhism.
