The debate is not whether the BBC is biased, it's whether impartiality is even remotely achievable and if not, what the best system of broadcasting would be. We need a broadcasting system which is as free as the press, not one that's held back by highly controlling requirements to achieve an unachievable ideal of bias. The State broadcasting system represented by the BBC must be dismantled. Airtime needs to be allocated to a pluralistic range of providers with better democratic accountability several steps removed from government and parliamentary regulation. State regulation demanding non-bias needs to be abolished - we'll pretty soon find out exactly what has been going on in the Catholic Church if humanist journalists aren't constantly hampered by the State requirement demanding "balance".
Come to America, watch news (and Fox, but that's not news), realize what a horrible idea this is, go home, ????, profit.
