Okay fair point (the second one). If you take an exception to an individual you should have the right to refuse them service on any grounds, but that is very different from blanketly stating "No Gays Allowed". How would you feel if a shop you frequented and relied upon happened to be owned by a gay person and they started putting up signs saying "No Christians Allowed". You'd feel unfairly discriminated against, especially if you didn't believe you fitted the stereotype it was aimed at.
If Tiberius decided that theists should not be allowed to post here, that is his right not to provide a service to theist.

Gays want to use the force of law to convey legitimacy upon themselves. If someone doesn't want to participate in conveying this legitimacy by baking a wedding cake or photographing a wedding, then they want them fined, run out of business, incarcerated. They want to destroy those who will not serve them.....and somehow you are okay with this.
