Although this is true, it doesn't mean that persons in desperate situations no longer exist. I tire of all the talk about how the poor have computers and TV sets and cell phones. Secondhand computers are dirt cheap and you can get a free or subsidized cell phone if you're poor. Yet you may experience difficulties getting a doctor or dentist despite Obamacare since many conditions that impact quality of life require insurance prerequisites be met; Obamacare hardly insures everyone. Can you say "chronic anal fissure with discharge"?
