Politicians tend to target their policies towards demographics who do vote. Older people are more likely to vote than younger people, and these posters, for example, will mean politicians will be less likely to want to acknowledge the views of said group when devising their policies. If these people hate Western imperialism as much as they say they do, then they should help to vote out Imperialist politicians. If you don't vote then don't complain when somebody you don't like gets into power.
And, to be clear, there will be no Sharia state in Europe. Ask an average believer which country they'd rather be taken to court in and let their hypocrisy shine through (assuming they want to answer the question). Chances are, they won't say Saudi Arabia or Iran. They like the UK justice system just fine. They want the Salad Bar version of Sharia - a version of Sharia that suits them and not that one that is actually prescribed.
