It should also be said, I've never noticed an inordinate amount of sexism in the atheist community (certainly no more than other mainstream communities). Granted, you're not gonna get the level of feminism found in left wing circles (for the uninitiated, left wing does NOT equal democrat) in any other community (that I'm aware of), but there is a lot of overlap between the atheist and left wing communities ... so???
