I've moved it under the signature; I think that was a mistake on my part when I coded it.
However I object to the other change suggestions for two reasons:
1) Having the text "Give Kudos" informs new users of the button's function. The thumbs up symbol is still there as an icon. Also the text makes the button bigger which is nice.
2) The buttons on the left are all user centric (i.e. they apply to the user who wrote the post, not to the post itself). The buttons on the right are post centric (i.e. they apply to the post itself, and not the user). Since kudos is applied per post and not per user, it makes sense to have the "Give Kudos" button on the right.
