Maybe Jesus dying on the cross? It's the best because it's the foundation of christianity. It's the worst because you have an innocent person being brutally murdered to pay for the crimes of the guilty, to save us from a pit of fire that Yahweh made for those who disobey him. It is both the best, and worst, part of the bible.
At least the new testament. There's probably too many worst part in the old testament to count. It's like trying to find the smelliest turd in a turd pile. Best? Maybe when people like Moses or Abraham have to remind him to try to be compassionate.
