1 - Parliamentary system of government.
2 - National health care.
3 - Wonderful gardening culture and damned decent tea.
4 - Lack of guns in the hands of nut jobs.
5 - Public transportation.

1 - Warm beer.
2 - Too many dangerous hedgerows right up to the narrow roadway.
3 - Traditional cuisine that is even more bland than it is unhealthy.
4 - Obsession with royalty.
5 - Not having enough negatives for me to keep it even.
