@paulpablo - No I have not been there, I don't really do that Eastern food life. It's absolutely no shade to the Chinese, it just isn't to my personal taste.

@Napoléon - Whew that's quite a rant and you don't mince your words, but some truths in there. The P.C. brigade talk about "diversity" and how diversity is such a good thing (which it is, not gonna lie). What they miss however, is that these areas of Birmingham which have become Muslim ghettos are not "diverse". To have diversity and to have it being a good thing, you need integration, not segregated homogenous areas. Most black (and non-Muslim Indian too) British people I've come across are so integrated they're not "foreign" to me, they have a distinct "British black" or "British Indian" identity to them that makes them fit in. That's not to say racism doesn't exist against those groups, it does, but they don't come into such frequent conflict with everyone else over "cultural matters". A lot of the Muslims don't have that same distinct "British Muslim" identity. It's not a community of "British Muslims", it's a community of self-segregated Pakistani Muslims living with Britain happening around them. Big difference.
