I make one exception and one exception only: Dominionists.  These people seek the overthrow of our secular form of a Republic and replacing it with a fascist theocratic Christian state.  I take their threats of killing people who they consider undesirables (anyone who is not just like them: gays, intellectuals, atheists, agnostics, people of non-Christian religions, Christians who are "not Christian enough"). 

These wackadoodles exist. Theocracy Watch I think you overstate their threat, though. They would need to pass a number of constitutional amendments to come close to accomplishing their goals and that simply isn't going to happen. The bar to pass an amendment is high enough that nothing controversial will get through. The biggest thing we have to worry about is some weakening of church-state separation as a result of a Republican President replacing liberal judges with conservative ones.
