Hello, I'm very sorry for your loss. Here is my logical opinion for what it's worth since that's what you asked for.
You didn't know she was going to die. That's impossible. You had a feeling that made you feel she would die, and I understand the feeling could make you feel certain even. But that's all it was, a feeling, and as has been pointed out you had a lot of information and maybe your subconcious came to a probabilistic conclusion on your behalf.
People have feelings things are going to happen all the time, and most of the time they don't happen and it gets forgotten. Every so often the feeling will match up, and it's then the attention is paid. It's called confirmation bias, only paying attention to the hits and ignoring all the misses.
So she may have died, she may not have. If she hadn't, I doubt you'd be in here asking us how you could have been wrong about the feeling. But you could have been wrong. It just so happens you weren't. So it's coincidence to an extent, but not a wild one, since you had a lot of information and her death was sadly on the cards anyway.
That is the most likely explanation in my opinion. Here's some more about confirmation bias:

There is no logical way to deduce it was anything else.
