Yes, I meant the 1900's as a whole century, not just 1900-1909.
The Soviet Union didn't try to stamp out religion during the whole century.
You are correct, I didn't mean that it happened every year during the entire 100 years, lol.
When you say something happened in the 1970's, for example, you don't mean it literally happened for the full 10 years, just that it happened some time throughout the course of that time. That's all I meant.
