We could do to Christians what they did to the pagans and rebrand their holidays and symbols. No one has to give up celebrating on Dec 25th but the holiday will have a different meaning.

I would also have group celebrations for events that happen in most people's lives. Menopause would be something positive for a woman. There would be ab annual party for any woman who hadn't had a period for a year.
