I've actually heard girls say stuff like this before, I guess it's because it's basically reducing you down to a stereotype?
I'm white so I haven't experienced 4 in the way you have per se, but I do get the classic "where are you from?... No, where really?" when people here my (Maltese) surname. Hello, I have a broad local British accent, and my family here go back 2 generations. Some people just have no tact.
