Want to revise that statement based on some facts? There's quite a difference between Iran and North Korea and it's not in favor of the latter.
Not really, Kimmy is just a sabre rattler, despite his grand speeches he knows he'll get pummeled into oblivion if he so much as fires a dollar store catapult at the US, really look at the family record on this, they scream for a bit and then just retreat into their cave for another half decade or so. The Iranians on the other hand have proven they are more than happy to lash out at random at any group perceived to be "oppressing" or "offending" them.
