They (the tigers) are fed with boiled meat.
In this way they loose most of the aggressivity but for human the story is slightly different.
Tigers eat the food according to their nature.
For humans is however a different story.
Meat is not food for humans or at least today humans so the reaction is shown in their aggressive behaviour.
Now why some vegetarian animals show aggressivity?
Self defence.
Protecting their young one.
Fighting for scarce food and water
fighting for female and so on but not aggressive if they are left in peace while carnivorous in general are aggressive
all the time even for no reason.
