You also have to have the interest. Intellectually I understand how important higher mathematics is. Personally, I don't like it.
I can multiply, add, substract, divide, fractionize the shit out of up to 6 or 7 digit numbers with each other in my head just thinking. Not writing anything down.
But you throw all that serious shit at me like physics, where I don't even recognize the symbols being used, because I was so personally not interested in even getting to that level, then I just shrug.
I'm not a higher math guy. It just makes me sad spending my time trying to learn about that.
Give me biology, give me evolution, give me microbiology, give me electronics (I can convert between decimal, octal (yeah that old shit), hexidecimal, and binary in NO time), give me geology, give me history... I'm enthrall.
Calculus? Bored!
