Is there a quick way to view new posts in an existing thread?

Most Boards I am on have a "go to first unread post" or something similar, so when I open a thread I have already been reading, I can click on that and it takes me to the first post in that thread that I have not yet read.

I may be stupid, but I cannot find a similar function here, so I need to scroll down a page to see what I have missed.  Am I missing something obvious?
