The big 3 should announce that it's now to financially risky to continue doing business in the state and all accounts will begin to be deleted in 60 days. That's enough time for all parties to go back to email and websites.

What if they just blocked all traffic going to or from Texas-based IP addresses, redirecting to a web page stating that the new law made it too risky to support users in Texas?

The threat should be enough. Texas could use a good shit fit.
