No, you have selective vision. I can certainly go through the reported posts and link you to several that have been redacted recently. I'd rather not, because it's a lot of manual work, but if you want to really, really want to be proven wrong, I will when I have an hour or so to spare.
It is true that we don't get all of them (and no one has ever claimed that we do), but no one is being singled out, either individually or by creed. We don't mod edit them if they aren't noticed or reported (duh), and we don't mod edit them if there's no evidence other than intuition that it's a copypasta outside fair use and what is customary here (e.g. a short paragraph or two along with a reference).
By all means, if you see any that violate our guidelines, feel free to report them along with a link to the source material if it's not present in the post. If it turns out to be a copypasta that violates our rules, it will get fixed.
I'll note that if you don't bother to report issues when you see them, then you really have little room to complain when they aren't addressed. We don't get paid enough to go looking for violations. Derp.
