Don't you think that these historians can't do their job properly, don't you think they haven't considered these also? Are you asking me to reinvent the wheel and become an ancient historian before I can accept what ancient historians tell me? Life's to short for me to become a fully qualified historian,scientist,philosopher,psychologist,doctor.... etc.
So the short answer is.... No, you can't produce any contemporary accounts of his supposed life.
