As for Deist Paladin and YahwehIsTheWay: I did know about this and the reasons for the experiment. I also know how much discussion went into the rights and wrongs of doing it. However, I was not on Staff when the decisions were taken and YITW 'came out' shortly after I was promoted, so allegations or allusions to my abusing my position are unfair and unwarranted. I think you had best continue this point with DP since it's his actions you object to.

You are throwing around accusations and allegations without knowing anything of what goes on behind the scenes. Understandable, of course, but I reiterate that if you have any problems or concerns, they should be reported in the proper manner and not bandied about publicly in the hope that there's no comeback.

I don't hate you at all. I imagine that if we met in real life we'd probably go for a drink. I just don't appreciate the sort of accusations you're making here.

I actually have no problem with him. After I called him out on it, he posted his confession in his signature. It's there for everyone to see.
I object to the deceitful, trolls that use a sockpuppet to hide the fact that their views of Christianity are illogical.

I just want to clarify, though it's not my place to do so, that DP's alter-ego was meant as a parody of christian fundamentalism and enormous care was taken to maintain that position at all times.
