People don't spend their lives justifying being fat. There are some things that you can't change. YES you can change your lifestyle and all that shit, but there's a reason more than 90% of people revert back to being fat after losing weight. Reminding people that they are fat only makes you look like a dick and can hurt people down to their very core.

Unsolicited advice rarely goes over well with the advisee. It's your life though, so rock on.
You're being totally irrational about this and making claims you can't back up with anything, not to mention they are incredibly unreasonable. Of course it helps to criticise someone for their flaws, you dummy. I can't put it any simpler than that. You would agree with me if we were talking about anything else, but as it is, you're arguing on principle.
