After i answer your questions you keep on asking the same question again and again.
Is your memory so bad or you just try to be smart in order to hide your failing?
I said that yoga is a discipline.
Yoga means union.
So yoga is the connection between the small consciousness (us) and the big consciousness (God).
By reducing the radius or distance that separate the small from the big the awareness of how the system works get more in focus so this has nothing to do with beliefs.
A belief most of the time is created out of faith.
Yoga is not about faith.
Yoga produce awareness of who you are and how the system works.
By travelling you can see the road ahead.
This is awareness coming from practicing.
Faith on the other hand is believing that the road ahead will be this or that
without actually having traveled.
Sometime you may get it right but by guessing most of the time you get it wrong.
So no yoga is not based on faith but on practicing therefore the awareness that you get is correct.
A dogshit analogy is just that, a dogshit analogy. It doesn't constitute an answer Prikky. No matter how many times you cover your screen in phlegm spewing them at poor Jorg.
Yoga is good for keeping you limber, maybe even improving your state of mind, but as an answer to any of life's "big" questions, it's up their with Origami.
This idiotic comment come from someone who never practice the real yoga.
I fully understand Sof.
Actually i didn't mean that you are an imbecile.
You have just been brainwashed by all those people who teach asanas which they called the real yoga.
Asanas (exercises) are just part of the the whole.
The whole yoga include meditation, asanas, vegetarian or vegan diet, fasting and many other disciplines.
Did i say that you are an imbecile?
Sorry i didn't mean it.
It is just a small doubt that came up in my mind.
