Although i would not call Yahwe a "murdering desert God". He did give Moses the 10 Commandements, or stopped Abraham from sacrificing his son (thus discouraging human sacrifice). He was, at his time, the closest thing to the real God. But he was not Him, because the True God does not have a "chosen" people.
But yes, the "True" in my name is because i believe in the story of the Christ and not the story of the Old Testament.
Don't you think that's all rather lame. God TOLD Abe to sacrifice his son and then changed his mind. What a great god!
I thought the chosen people were the US-Americans?
You only believe in some story about Jesus or do you also believe he was the son of god. Of which god then? Yahwe?
No, Noah's Ark did not happen, neither did any of the miracles of the Old Testament.
He didnt change his mind he tested Abe's faith, and Abe passed the test. It showed he had faith in humanity.
No nowhere in the Bible is it sais that the US Americans were the Chosen people. Thats something Mormons made up.
Jesus was the Son of the "True god". The True God is none of the gods of other religions, not Yawhe not Zeus not Odin. He is the God of the New Testament.
