No nowhere in the Bible is it sais that the US Americans were the Chosen people. Thats something Mormons made up.
Jesus was the Son of the "True god". The True God is none of the gods of other religions, not Yawhe not Zeus not Odin. He is the God of the New Testament.
As far as I know, the NT states that the god of the OT is the "correct" one.
Maybe you already said this previously, but: What makes you think that the NT is right. Why not the OT, or the Quran or the stuff of Hubbard (Xenu and Co.), book of mormons, the Gospel of the FSM? What enables us to distinguish right from wrong here?
If you chose the NT just because it fits you best, that is an answer - but then you also admit that you made up your god and therefore he does not exist for anyone else and then this all really doesn't matter at all. A god who is only there for a single person in 7 billion is not a god at all.
