Letting someone go for not doing their job isn't a violation of rights. Do your job, or find something else to do. Hell, that's what bosses threaten regularly, right? "Do this, or I'll find someone who will" is code for "Do this or you'll be replaced entirely". Another rule I've heard is "Leave your personal feelings outside". This is what bugs me about the bakers not wanting to bake cakes for gay weddings. Your business is selling a product. Not judging people on their lifestyle choices.
