I'm saying that these younger voters need to really look at everything closely. They need to do their research on the candidates and not rely solely on the media for their information. We live in an age of immediate gratification and sadly, this younger generation has been raised with technology in their hands since they were toddlers. For this, it's too easy for the media to manipulate and put out there, what THEY want the public to see. The smear campaigns that go on between candidates now is ridiculous. In the last 10 - 15 years, especially. All you ever see on TV during an election is attack ads.
How about these candidates pay for ads that outline where they stand on the issues rather than worrying about attacking their opponent's character?
This is what I'm talking about.
