And be honest, do you think life for homosexuals would be much different in a Christian theocracy than in an Islamic theocracy? The only reason you can even attempt to smugly sit back and say Islam is worse is because Christianity has in large part been neutered by secular government.

Pew research stated that 26 percent of young American muslims, 35 percent of British muslims and 42 percent of French muslims think suicide bombings are justified. Almost half, 45 percent of British muslims believe that clerics preaching violence represent mainstream islam. Also in Britian almost two thirds, right at 67 percent say they would not report a terrorist to police. So in other words, its pretty close to the majority, in a few years time, it will be.  In each case these numbers equate to hundreds of thousands of people that would love nothing more than to take your life as an atheist. Maybe its time to quit fantasizing about that "Christian theocracy" that you pretend to rebel against.  It doesn't exist.
