I was told to only focus on one bad habit at a time. I was raised to cook lots of food. I can't help it. I cook for armies, it would seem, even when there is no army.
Maybe it's still a good thing if I told you everything I make is from scratch, and I use fresh ingredients. Does that count?
When do we eat?
I'm with you on the one bad habit at a time gig. I didn't start building an exercise habit until I was a good month into my dietary change, and that only after quitting smoking for almost a year, and that after quitting another bad bad habit. By Turkey Day it'll be the two year milestone.
It ain't easy, keep at it. If you fall off the horse, get right back on.
You can do it.
