I 'don't like' eating stuff that has no meat in it with some exceptions. Although, my omelettes are without meat too, in the same boat as you, I don't eat much for breakfast, and I'm usually too tired to prepare it. So I keep it simple. But if I can have meat with it, I'll have meat with it. Especially rice, rice is nothing without chicken or beef.
I sounded too judgemental earlier, my bad :v
No, I didn't get any judgemental vibe from you. I don't eat meat with every meal, but certainly with most of 'em. Older as I am now, and with a history of heart disease in my family, I've increased my chicken, and reduced beef and especially pork. I used to have beef three or four times a week; now it's once, maybe twice if I have leftovers.
Sometimes, breakfast for me is just a couple of English muffins and butter. Every day, though, breakfast is coffee.

Probably going to die young or whatever, but it's well worth it. I refuse to live on plants.
Meat's an everyday dietary thing for me too. Back just after son's mom and I broke up, and I was cash-strapped, I'd have four meatless days a week, so I could save the meat for the three days I had him. It wasn't to my taste and I have no plans to return to such a regimen.
