I had leftovers tonight of a chicken-and-pasta salad I made Thursday -- grilled chicken, some of that great Vermont cheddar, romaine lattuce, halved grape tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, mushroom, bell pepper, and rotini pasta -- with warmed flatbread on the side.
