I made chicken fajitas tonight: strips of chicken breast, jalapeño, bell pepper, and red onion pan-fried in cast-iron in hot corn oil with lime juice, hot sauce, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt, topped with chopped green onions, cilantro, sour cream, and salsa.
