Dinner tonight: a couple of flatbread sandwiches. I smoked chicken, made a spread of sour cream, basil, olive oil, and pepper, put on a mix of spinach and kale for greenery, sliced some tomato and bell pepper. Gouda cheese as well. Good for improv food.
