For instance, read through this paper from 2008 and note how any examination and research into the conscious and unconscious mind depend on brain function. On the other hand, there is no research at all that indicates that the mind survives the death of the brain.
Nobody ever produced any evidence that the consciousness is a product of the brain.

Quote:Energy without something that control it would be destructive and the universe would be gone in seconds.I said PROVE what you said. I didn't ask for an even dumber explanation. You seem to understand what evidence is when you're demanding that others defend their statements, but you suddenly forget what it means when you are asked to support yours. Come up with something that makes sense and that has some research behind it and not just something you pulled out of your ass.
That is why energy and consciousness go hand in hand always.

"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."
