If you paid attention to the video, you'd see that the woman's brain was indeed different.
And you might want to look at the body of evidence rather than pick out a single study that suits what you want to say.

Quote:Our results show that the white matter microstructure pattern in untreated FtM transsexuals is closer to the pattern of subjects who share their gender identity (males) than those who share their biological sex (females). Our results provide evidence for an inherent difference in the brain structure of FtM transsexuals.

Quote:They found significant differences between male and female brains in four regions of white matter – and the female-to-male transsexual people had white matter in these regions that resembled a male brain (Journal of Psychiatric Research, DOI: 10.1016/j.jpsychires.2010.05.006). “It’s the first time it has been shown that the brains of female-to-male transsexual people are masculinised,” Guillamon says.
In a separate study, the team used the same technique to compare white matter in 18 male-to-female transsexual people with that in 19 males and 19 females. Surprisingly, in each transsexual person’s brain the structure of the white matter in the four regions was halfway between that of the males and females (Journal of Psychiatric Research, DOI: 10.1016/j.jpsychires.2010.11.007). “Their brains are not completely masculinised and not completely feminised, but they still feel female,” says Guillamon.
The problem is your "body of evidence" is outdated, both of your links are from 2011, while mine is from 2016, and the article I quoted explicitly stated:

Quote:Of course, behavior and experience shape brain anatomy, so it is impossible to say if these subtle differences are inborn.

If you did that then you'd run into trouble classifying gay people who can have a gender identity of their biological sex but can have a sexuality more like those of the opposite sex. But as usual, the religious minded such as yourself have trouble with the concept of anything that isn't binary.

What relevance does that have to anything?
Here is the relevance; If gender is determined by the brain, how do you explain someone who is gender fluid?
